I'm writing to thank you for ensuring that our children's wedding was such a smashing success.  From your initial bonding with the bride over invitation fonts to your tightly tying up loose ends at the celebration's close, you were there for us.  From Covid to Delta to Ida you were there for us, too. My purpose in hiring a wedding planner was twofold:  to manage all the details, large and small, that a wedding such as our daughter's would entail and to serve as a buffer and the "last word" on etiquette and incidentals questions.  You did much more than fulfill this purpose.  You clearly exceeded it -- which, in turn, made for an incredibly smooth journey to the Chuppah and beyond. When we first started working together, I thought of you as "Rachel of The 3 Rs:  Responsible, Reliable, and Reasonable."  As planning progressed, I added a few more "Rs" to those thoughts:  Responsive and Resourceful.  While there are so many features of your operation to applaud, the two that most impressed me are your incredibly good taste and your amazing ability to keep calm under pressure.  My daughter and I also appreciated that much of your work involved suggestions, not "musts," thereby taking into account our particular wants and needs. You also should know that while the wedding took place over a week ago, we're still receiving rave reviews.  In fact, a few days after the event, one of our guests asked for your contact information for their own daughter's upcoming wedding!
